Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal
The contract can be cancelled in written form (letter, fax, email) within 14 days without given reasons – or if the product is given to the customer before expiry of the term – call off the offer by return of the product. The deadline starts after receipt of this instruction in written form, though not before the consumer has received the goods (considering separated deliveries of equal products not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before fulfilling of our information duties according to article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Abs. 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our duty according to § 312e Abs.1 Satz 1 BGB in in connection with the article 246 § 3 EGBGB In order to protect the cancellation period the shipping of the cancellation or the product is sufficient. Consequences of withdrawal
In the case of an effective cancellation the received performance of both parties have to be given back and, as the case may be, applied usages (e.g. interest) have to be released. If the performance that was provided by us can not be given back or only partially or in deteriorated condition, it is the customers duty, as the case may be, to accomplish compensation. This does not count, if the deterioration of the product is exclusively traced back to their check, as you would have been able to in the retail shop. In the case of cancellation we reserve the right to compensation for impairment to the goods - over and beyond the customers inspection - based on the unused state of the goods. In this case you do not have to compensate us accordingly, goods capable of being sent by parcel post should be returned to us at our risk. The buyer has to pay the costs of the reshipment, if the delivered goods match with the ordered goods and if the price of the reshipped goods do not exceed an amount of 40,00 EUR or if the buyer at a higher price of the good has not rendered the trade-off or the contractual agreed partial payment at the time of the countermand. Otherwise the return is free for the costumer. Items not able to be sent in a package will be picked up. Requests for re-compensation for payments must be met within 30 days after sending the declaration of withdrawal or after returning the goods.

Costs of return
The buyer has to pay the costs of the reshipment, if the delivered goods match with the ordered goods and if the price of the reshipped goods do not exceed an amount of 40,00 EUR or if the buyer at a higher price of the good has not rendered the trade-off or the contractual agreed partial payment at the time of the countermand. The customers has to bear only the expenses for the reshipment. Additional costs, e.g. caused by a change of the place of business or by a transport service that is more expensive though desire by us represent costs that are take by us.
